With their research skills, knowledge of local providers, and  endless patience for phone calls, they’ll set up visits with in-network  specialists who meet your unique needs, even when appointments seem  impossible to get.

Advocates manage transitions between facilities,  like moving from hospital to rehabilitation center, to prevent  dangerous miscommunications. They'll review discharge plans to ensure  you understand follow-up care requirements.

Dealing with insurance can be as stressful as the illness itself. Your  advocate will make sure your doctors accept your insurance and secure  any pre-authorizations. If you’re still blindsided by a surprise bill or  denied claim, your advocate will negotiate with insurance or help craft  your appeal.

When you’re seen by doctor after doctor, it’s easy to feel unheard. Your  advocate will help you prepare the right questions, and can even attend  appointments with you virtually. They’ll also work behind the scenes to  make sure all your doctors share information and stay on the same page.

Your RN  Advocate can join your appointments remotely. They’ll speak  up for you, keep notes, and make sure your doctor provides clear  answers.

Ongoing treatment can generate mountains of new notes, test results, and  updates. Your advocate will track and explain every new document, so  you can stay informed and never miss a critical detail.
